Subject: staining interior pine doors
Message:
I want to stain new interior pine doors a medium red mahogany color. I am concerned with patchy spots due to uneven absorbsion and grain raising. Should I use a pre-stain and/or a non-grain raising stain such as Behlen solar-lux? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
