Subject: balance help
Message:
Need help with balance. My living area, dining room and open kitchen are all connected. I am looking at a roman and italian feel to glide across all 3 rooms. My decor in the living area consists of burgandy area rug with hunter green accent (grape leaves on trim), cherry wood floors, burgandy formal chairs and a large stone (grape leaves) framed mirror. The dining room set is cherry wood and there is a stone pillar accented in hunter green in the corner. The kitchen has hunter green counter tops and I have not done the backsplash yet. The walls in all three rooms are in a fawn beige color. Is this the right color combination or am I using too much of one color or do I need to have another accent color to tie these in? What color should my accessories be in these rooms or should I change the wall color? What color combination should I use for the kitchen backsplash? Every room is visible from each other.
